  1. DA Definitions

  3. Note: System 7-This lists desk accessories present anywhere on your disks and
  4.            alphabetizes them for identifying duplicates.  Holding down the <option> key
  5.            while selecting the item bypasses alphabetizing and lists the DAs according
  6.            to volume.  You may restrict the search to certain volumes using the
  7.            Specify Volume menu.  If you run out  of space, the entire list can be sent to
  8.            a printed report or text file in the Reports menu.
  9.            System 6-This lists desk accessories which are currently installed    
  10.            either in the system file or through utilities such as Suitcase.
